Procrastination – definition: tendency to postpone, systematically until the next day.
Ramdane Touhami hates this phenomenon. In Procrastinophobic, he sets out to meet those who are in perpetual motion and who mark their era: musicians, artists, athletes, designers, gallery owners, entrepreneurs… They have one thing in common: to always be in action.
Barbara Hulanicki has quite simply created the best store of all time.
BIBA in London was a unique store, a complete world, selling everything from dresses and makeup, to soup and canned beans, all designed and made by Biba.
Barbara completely changed fashion in the 1960s and the 1970s, and her store will always be the one everyone will try to compare to.
I first discovered her work in the 1990s and have admired her ever since.
It was an honor to meet her and to talk about the history of Biba.
